Grand Regency Ballroom


Delight in the sheer spaciousness of the largest ballroom in upstate South Carolina. With 14,381 square feet of sleek, modern elegance, this beautiful venue easily accommodates 1,400 guests for a reception or 1,200 for a formal seated banquet. Waltz across the luxurious new carpeting or shake hands with U.N. representatives. Do your 1000+ employees limit your meeting facility choices? Our Grand Regency Ballroom can accommodate even the most challenging groups. Motivate 1,500 account representatives at a sales kick-off meeting. Introduce your new CEO to 1,400 associates and clients at a cocktail reception. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination and needs.

Continental Ballroom


Exuding modern charm, the Continental Ballroom features 5,256 square feet of warm, newly redesigned interior space. Invite 450 guests to a reception in this impressive facility. Get 250 customer service representatives up to speed on your newest help desk software in a classroom setting. Then treat them to a banquet luncheon that can seat up to 350. This space also features a roll-up door for easy access to load in your exhibits.

Regency Ballroom


With 9,125 square feet of contemporary space, this generously proportioned room easily accommodates 1,000 guests for a reception or 760 for a seated banquet. When you want your presentation to be front and center, Regency Ballroom allows the crowd to focus on you. Set up a stage and two jumbo screens, so guests can clearly see your PowerPoint presentation.

Comprised of eight sections, this space can be configured in countless ways. Moderate a focus group for 34 in section D, E or F. Conduct orientation for 90 in section B2, C2 or F. Hold the company holiday party with a sit-down banquet for 320 in section A.

Crepe Myrtle Room


Nestled between the business center and the Continental Ballroom, this 950 square foot salon is cozy and quiet. Network at a business mixer with 80 associates in this room.

Boardroom


When privacy is essential, secure the boardroom. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the first floor, this 567 square foot space enables 16 executives to discuss the organization’s strategic plan or projected fiscal earnings without distractions.

Azalea / Dogwood / Gardenia / Magnolia / Redbud


This bank of rooms is located on the first floor and offers numerous function options. Show your appreciation to your administrative staff of 30 with a luncheon in Magnolia A or B. Elect your new board of directors in the Gardenia Suite. Conduct a panel discussion for 21 in Azalea. Test 24 prospective employees in Dogwood Suite. Welcome 45 out-of-town clients with a reception in Redbud A, B or C.

Teal Suite


Located on the second floor, this suite features intriguing artwork, beautiful French doors and a mahogany credenza. Hold a press conference for 200 in this room to announce your latest acquisition. Congratulate your sales team of 200 for making quota with a banquet in this space.

Hospitality Suite


A sophisticated space with a residential feel, the Hospitality Suite offers a comfortable seating area. Gather around the six-person conference table to seal that important deal.
